I had a story for this, but it sounded corny. :/ The boy is a computer Program, in the alternate universe future computer programs are now androids that walk around and install programs for you, for a small service fee that goes to the company. Programs can be told apart from other people by the markings on their face. The boy in this piece thinks that he's human, he also thinks he likes animals that he finds lost in the streets.

The girl in the weird looking container thingy is human, but she was part of an experiment to try and bring back people that died young from illness. She doesn't have any memories due to the experiment, she only remembers the scientist who was in charge of the project. The scientist spent all her days on the project, even running out of paper to write her notes (She'd then write on the walls, and use them as her personal diary as well) The scientist developed the Program in the piece to completely revive the girl (so that she could have emotions and be able to feel her surroundings), but after seeing that he started to show human-like emotions she couldn't bring herself to use him for the experiment which would permanently shut him down after it was over. Because of that, she let him go out on his own.

However, did find his way back to the lab, which was now empty because of a military raid. There he found the girl and wondered if she was a program.

Basically, the question of this piece is: What makes someone a real human.

1.) The clouds on the glass are projections made from inside the container to keep the girl calm.
2.)The boy is holding a black and white rabbit.
3.) Some of the writing on the wall are lyrics to the song: Higeki wa Mabuta wo Oroshita Yasashiki Utsu by Dir en grey from the Withering to death. album.

Drawn with penci on computer paper, scannedl and then colored on Photoshop CS.
